Entry Fee Escrow 

Please include with your registration deposit a separate check payable to “Cranford Jersey Gators” for an entry fee escrow.

This escrow is for meet entries for INVITATIONAL MEETS.  

Invitational meets the Gator’s have participated in include but are not limited to:

  • Monmouth Barracuda Neptune Classic  (1day meet for all swimmers with times)
  • Fall Festival (2 day meet for select swimmers)
  • Holiday Classic (3 day meet for select swimmers only)
  • Gator Grid Iron (1 day meet for all swimmers with times)
  • Hall Winter Classic (2 day meet for all swimmers with times)
  • Winterfest (2 day meet for select swimmers)
  •  Winter Cup (2 day meet for all swimmers with times)
  • Monmouth Barracuda Sprints (1 day meet for all swimmers with times)
  • Championships (2 day meet for all swimmers with times)

Most invitational meets have minimum time standards.  Many invitational meets are also multi day (Friday, Saturday and or Sunday)

If your escrow runs out, your swimmer will NOT be entered into additional invitational meets until the escrow is replenished.

Any remaining balance will carry forward for the next season.  Any account with a balance after January 1st will be assessed a $25.00 fee and the swimmer will NOT be entered into championship meets.

Entry fees range between $6 and $8 per event depending on the meet.  There is also a swimmer surcharge of between $10 & $15 per day (in lieu of parents being charged admission into the meet).   Swimmers can typically swim up to 3 events per day at a meet.  

For calculating escrow, an estimate is $25 for a single day meet

RETURING SWIMMERS:   When calculating escrow, count a two day meet as 2 meets and a 3 day meet as 3 meets.  For example if you think your swimmer will participate in Gator Grid Iron (1 day meet $25), Winter Cup (2 day meet $50), and champs (2 day meet $50) your total invitational meet estimate is 5 meets.  Your escrow should be $125.

$75 per swimmer for 2-3 single day invitational meets
$100  per swimmer for 3-4 single day invitational meets
$150 per swimmer for 5-6 single day invitational meets (suggested for returning and transfer swimmers)
$200 per swimmer for 7-8 single day invitational meets (suggested for returning and transfer swimmers)

Entry fees for invitational meets MUST be paid in advance through an escrow account
