Final practices
This is the last week of practice for the season. Please follow your group's usual practice schedule.

Long Course
Long Course will start on Monday, June 3rd, from 4:30-6:00 PM at the Centennial Avenue Outdoor Pool. Morning hours will start once school is out for the summer - more details to follow. Long Course is for Senior 1.2 and 3 groups only.

Team Gifts
If you have not received your team gift, please have your swimmer see Rosie today or tomorrow from 4:30-6:15 at the pool, or Alex on Thursday or Friday from 6:30-7:15.
