*Please review the Invitational Entries list on our website to confirm what events and session(s) your swimmer is attending. The sessions have CHANGED since Chris posted the tentative meet information. This is the parent/swimmer responsibility, not the coaches. 

Scratches: If your swimmer needs to scratch, please do so 30 minutes before swimmer check-in times. If swimmers are not checked-in with coaches by the times listed per session, they will be scratched from the meet. Running Late: If you are running a little late, please notify someone so your swimmer does not get scratched. The deadlines to check in with the coaches are FIRM.
