Pre-Meet Info for 2024 NJS Gold Champs 

Date: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, March 14th-17th

Location:  Rutgers University - Sonny Werblin Recreation Center 656 Bartholomew Rd, Piscataway Township, NJ, United States

*Please review the Invitational Entries list on our website to confirm what events your swimmer is attending. The sessions have CHANGED, so please read everything carefully. If you are unsure which session(s) your swimmer is competing in, please email or message (on Stack) and Rosie and I will send you your individual info. All “age group” (10-12) sessions are finals, meaning, they will not have to return in the evening to swim finals. 

We DO have timing assignments. All parents need to be ready to chip in and help if needed. 

Scratches: If your swimmer needs to scratch, please do so 30 minutes before swimmer check-in times. If swimmers are not checked-in with coaches by the times listed per session, they will be scratched from the meet. Running Late: If you are running a little late, please notify someone so your swimmer does not get scratched. The deadlines to check in with the coaches are FIRM. 

ALL spectators and timers need to purchase tickets. Tickets are not required for Thursday’s sessions. Tickets are limited to ONE per swimmer.

No swimmers are allowed in the adult bathrooms upstairs under any circumstances. Parents needing to help their children change must do this at home.
