Please review the Invitational Entries list on our website to view what events and session(s) your swimmer is attending. As stated back in November, ALL 8 and Under swimmers were NOT accepted into this meet. 

*We have timing assignments for this meet - one timer per lane. If you see your swimmer’s name listed, you are responsible for timing. If you can’t time, it is YOUR responsibility to fill the position. Please check in with the host team when you arrive to find out when and where the timers meeting will be held.

Scratches: If your swimmer needs to scratch, please do so 30 minutes before swimmer check-in times. If swimmers are not checked-in with coaches by the times listed per session, they will be scratched from the meet. Running Late: If you are running a little late, please notify someone so your swimmer does not get scratched. The deadlines to check in with the coaches are firm.
