Pre-Meet Information for JG vs Clifton vs Tidal Wave

Time: 12:00-4:00 PM

11:45 AM: Swimmer Check-in with Coaches

Scratches: If your swimmer needs to scratch, please do so by 10:00 AM on Sunday. 

Running Late: If you are running late, please notify someone so your swimmer does not get scratched. The 11:45 AM deadline to check in with the coach is firm. 

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to have your swimmer know what events they are swimming and have them come prepared with them written on their arm (see attached photo). E/H/L/S stands for Event, Heat, Lane, Stroke. Please fill in the Event # and Stroke. Heat and Lane will be given to them once the heat sheet becomes available (before the meet begins). All submissions were confirmed via e-mail so you should know what you signed your swimmer up for. For swimmers under 11, please write last name on the upper back shoulder to assist the marshals in finding them. 

The host team has requested marshals for our young swimmers (11 and Under). Family names listed below must report to Kari Tringali or Jennifer Soyka by 11:45 AM. Feel free to figure out shifts or coverage as you see fit, as long as we have at least 2 of you working at all times.
