Pre-Meet Information for Scarlet TYR Winterfest Invitational   

Date: Saturday and Sunday, January 6th and 7th

Please review the Invitational Entries list and the meet information on our website to view what events and session(s) your swimmer is attending. 

*ALL Spectators must purchase tickets to attend the meet. Please make sure you purchase for the correct day. If your swimmer is swimming on both days, you must buy tickets for each day.

**You will need to register your vehicle if you are parking on campus. The link will be sent to us once it’s available. 

We do NOT have any timing assignments for this meet except for distance swimmers. 

Saturday, Session 1 - 13/14 and Open
7:00 AM - Swimmers Check-In with Coach
Start time - 8:20 AM

Saturday, Session 2 - Distance 
10:45 AM  - Swimmers Check-In with Coach 
Start time - 11:45 AM

Saturday, Session 3 - 12 and Under
2:50 PM - Swimmers Check-In with Coach Jeff
Start time - 4:00 PM

Sunday, Session 4 - 13/14 and Open 
7:30 AM - Swimmers Check-In with Coach
Start time - 8:20 AM  

Sunday, Session 6 - 12 and Under
3:10 PM - Swimmers Check-In with Coach
Start time - 4:00 PM

Scratches: If your swimmer needs to scratch, please do so 30 minutes before swimmer check-in times. If swimmers are not checked-in with coaches by the times listed per session, they will be scratched from the meet. Running Late: If you are running a little late, please notify someone so your swimmer does not get scratched. The deadlines to check in with the coaches are firm.
