Pre-Meet Information for the JG Time Trial

Date: Saturday, November 4th
Time: 7:45 AM-12:00 PM
Location: Centennial Avenue Pool 

7:15 AM: Set-Up Volunteers Check-in with Rosie and Alex
7:45: Swimmers check-in with coaches
7:45: Volunteers check-in with Kari Tringali and Sandra Matthews at the volunteer table located near the balcony stairs

Scratches: If your swimmer needs to scratch, please do so by 7:30 AM. If swimmers are not checked-in with coaches by 7:45, they will be scratched from the meet. 

Running Late: If you are running a little late, please notify someone so your swimmer does not get scratched. The 7:45 AM deadline to check in with the coach is firm. 

IMPORTANT: The event list and numbers have changed! Please review the attached document so you and your swimmer know what events they are swimming and have them come prepared with them written on their arm (see attached photo). E/H/L/S stands for Event, Heat, Lane, Stroke. Please fill in the Event # and Stroke. Heat and Lane will be given to them once the heat sheet becomes available (before the meet begins). For swimmers under 11, please write last name on the upper back shoulder to assist the marshals in finding them. 

Volunteers: We are still in need of volunteers. We can not start the meet until every position is filled. We will assign positions if slots are not filled. Click HERE for the sign up link. 

Clean-up Crew: Volunteers signed up for clean up MUST stay until the end of the meet.
