IMPORTANT GRID IRON ANNOUNCEMENT 
Unfortunately, due to the delay in construction, the Parent Association has to postpone our Grid Iron Invitational. We are working on securing a new date in early 2024 and will let all parents know as soon as it’s confirmed. 

MB CURE KIDS CANCER RESULTS
Congratulations to our swimmers who participated in yesterday’s invitational. Results can be found HERE. The Top Times Report has also been updated on the website and can be found HERE. You must be logged in in order to view any item found under “Members Area”. 

ANNUAL SPIRIT WEAR SALE
We’ve kicked off our spirit wear sale! The link to the sale can be found HERE. This is one of the few fundraisers we hold each year so please show your support by sharing with friends and family too. The deadline is October 30th but items are subject to sell out so don’t wait! 

ACCESS TO BUILDING
Parents are not allowed inside the building or on the pool deck at any time. Swimmers can be dropped off at the entrance gate or parents can escort their swimmer to the pool’s screen door and wait outside during practice. 

BATHROOMS
The pool has notified us that the team is allowed to use the front bathrooms (across the hallway of the pool) for now, however, swimmers will NOT be able to use the bathrooms for locker room purposes, only for bathrooms. Swimmers are not allowed to change or take showers at the facility. Although construction still hasn’t started, some demolition has started and it’s still a safety concern. They will let swimmers have access to the bathrooms for now and we will be notified if and when they have to close them for construction.  

TEAM DUES AND PAYMENTS
The October installment of swim dues is due by 10/31. If you have a balance due, statements will be emailed tomorrow. Please ONLY mail checks to the address below OR drop off at the pool payment box under the balcony stairs. DO NOT drop off any payments to Chris’ address in Clark (there is no longer a drop box there). Installment amounts can be found HERE.

SCAR FAST TIMES
Once confirmation has been received that the submitted entries were accepted, they will be posted on the website under “Invitational entries and results” and Chris will email invoices to those with outstanding balances for entry fees. 

HOST TEAM RULES
Please be mindful of all rules posted when swimming in other facilities. Many of the invitationals we attend as a team get crowded and it’s understandable you’d like to watch your swimmer compete, but the team (including parents) needs to respect the host and all other spectators in attendance and oftentimes, the rules are in place for safety reasons.
