POOL REOPENING
The pool will reopen tomorrow, Monday, November 20th. Practices will resume following the usual practice schedules for the week. 

THANKSGIVING
There will be no practice this Thursday. Happy Thanksgiving! 

STACK TEAM
This is a reminder to please check Stack Team for any last minute announcements or private messages before heading out to practice or any meets. It’s the fastest and most efficient way to communicate with the team in case there’s any last-minute changes. You can also private message admins if you have to scratch or are running late to meets. ALL meets, but especially Invitationals, require coaches to submit paperwork by a deadline before they can start the meet and if your swimmer isn’t checked in, the host team will scratch them with little to no chance of them getting back into the meet. 

INVITATIONAL MEET VOLUNTEERING
If you sign your child up for an invitational, expect to volunteer. We love when host teams don’t assign timing but the reality is, most do and we all need to pitch in to help. Please come prepared to time if we need you, regardless of if you’ve been listed on the Pre-Meet information as timer or back-up timer. 

PIRANHA FALL RALLY RESULTS 
Results can be viewed on Meet Mobile and Chris will post results from the host team as soon as she receives them (sometime this week). 

SCAR FAST TIMES INVITATIONAL 
Pre-Meet information will go out this week. 

INVITATIONAL MEETS UPDATE
Statements were emailed if you have a balance due for entry fees. Payment is due by Fri 12/1 to avoid a $25 late fee. PLEASE consider adding additional escrow.

• SCAR Fast times invite – The additional entries were accepted into the meet
• SCY Winter invite – Gator entries were accepted into the meet
• CAT winter classic – Gator entries for swimmers 9 & Over were accepted into the meet. 8 & Under entries were NOT accepted into the meet. The following is the message Chris received from the host: “Due to the overwhelming response on Friday evening, all 8/Under entries were NOT accepted into the meet to keep a reasonable timeline and facility number”

ANNUAL SPIRIT WEAR SALE
We will notify the team when Spirit Wear orders are in and ready for pick-up.
