SENIOR-SENIOR RUN PRACTICE CLINICS 
Thank you to all the Seniors who helped run yesterday’s practice clinics. Each group focused on starts, turns and finishes for each stroke. We had a great turnout and we hope to do some more Sunday clinics in the future. 

THANK YOU TO OUR VOLUNTEERS
Thank you to all the volunteers who chipped in to help during Saturday’s time trial. Meets can’t run without you and the Parent Association appreciates you and your time.  

CAT WINTER CLASSIC 
Pre-Meet information will go out later this week. Please double check the entry report to confirm your swimmer is listed even if you received a confirmation email when you registered. *You need to be signed in to view the list. 

SPIRIT WEAR IS READY!
Spirit Wear is ready for pick-up. All orders can be picked-up at Cougar Headquarters in Cranford (0ne block from the pool). Below are the most up-to-date hours of operation, HOWEVER, we suggest you call to confirm they are open before heading over.
