JG TIME TRIAL REGISTRATION and VOLUNTEER SIGN UP 
We’ve added another Time Trial Meet. For new parents, these meets are run exactly like a dual meet, just without another team. It’s an opportunity to have your swimmer participate if they never have before or if they are looking to add event times or improve on times. Registration is OPEN. Deadline is this Wednesday at 7:30 pm. We also need help running the meet. Please find the Volunteer Sign-Up HERE. 

PRACTICE CLINICS WITH SENIORS
On Sunday, December 10th, our Senior Group swimmers will join the Blue Ribbon, Gold Medal and both Junior groups during Sunday practice to run some swim clinics, have fun and encourage team building! It’ll be a fun practice so be sure to send your swimmers that morning. 

SPIRIT WEAR IS READY!
Spirit Wear is ready for pick-up. All orders can be picked-up at Cougar Headquarters in Cranford (one block from the pool). Below are the most up-to-date hours of operation, HOWEVER, we suggest you call to confirm they are open before heading over.

Pre-Meet information will go out this week. Please double check the entry report to confirm your swimmer is listed even if you received a confirmation email when you registered. *You need to be signed in to view the list.
